Our desire is that this weekend will give you a powerful opportunity to worship and
reflect on the issues of your heart and your struggle with sexual sin.
Our prayer is that you will come away with a new vision and passion for the kind
of man you believe God wants you to be.
We hope you can come and spend a great weekend together with us. The content of
this weekend’s retreat will be about how to live authentically as a man of
God. We will focus on living out of the true masculine self as God intended us
to live. It is our growing
conviction that the greatest challenge we face as sexually broken men is
not just our struggles with lust but with our failure to live out of our God
given identities as new creations in Christ! The enemy’s greatest lie is
to keep us living as discouraged defeated men because of the ongoing reality of our struggles with our sexual brokenness.
Please try to get your registration in early because there will be a limited of number
of spaces for the weekend at the Spade Retreat Center in Kempton, PA. The cost for the entire weekend
will be $250.00 for the 4 days. If there are issues

The Speakers
The speakers for our weekend will be Mike and Barney Swihart. Mike and Barney are brothers who combine over 35 years experience
together in helping
men who struggle with sexually addictive sin. Sexual brokenness is an issue
that has deeply impacted both Mike and Barney’s life in the past. They are men
who have a heart for those who struggle with the fear and shame of sexual abuse
and brokenness. Both men are passionate communicators who will share their insights
from a Biblical and practical perspective.
Barney Swihart has been in private practice for the past 17 years and holds degrees
from Westminster Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Mary have three
children. He grew up in Northern Indiana and graduated from Grace College with a
degree in Counseling Psychology. Barney also conducts seminars nationally on the
subject of Sexual Addiction.
Mike Swihart has been in private practice for the past 20 years and holds an MA
degree in Biblical Counseling from Grace Theological Seminary. He and his wife,
Bevan have three children. Mike also grew up in Northern Indiana and currently
resides there. Mike is also a graduate from Miami Christian College.
